FAQs

How do I apply my new Dazzlewear transfer?

To apply your transfer with a household iron, all you need to do is peel off the white backing and then carefully position the rhinestones (still attached to the sticky clear paper, where you want to create the effect. Cover with a piece of cotton (a clean tea towel is ideal) and lay a hot iron CAREFULLY for 15 to 30 seconds. DO NOT run the iron over it as this may move the stones. Let the stones cool for a few seconds and then slowly and carefully remove the tea towel to check that the stones have stuck well. If not simply replace and iron for a further 15 seconds.
Once the stones have stuck, peel away the clear sheet and carefully hold the iron on the design for a further 5 seconds and then turn the garment inside out and do the same on the reverse side. This is a guideline for cotton (such as tee shirts) It will take different length of time for different materials.
Finally, when washing the garment it must be on a cycle no higher than 40C.  If you have any problems please don’t hesitate to contact me.
